Libyan Americans NorCal Association (LANA) respects the privacy of our community members and website visitors.

Information we collect

When you voluntarily submit a newsletter signup, RSVP, or other website form, we may collect information such as your name, email address, event information, and any details you choose to provide.

For website security and basic traffic analysis, we may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referring page, approximate location, and the date and time of access. Raw visitor logs are retained for up to 90 days.

How we use information

We use submitted information to communicate LANA news and updates, coordinate events and community programs, respond to inquiries, protect the website from abuse, understand basic site usage, and operate our nonprofit activities.

Third-party services

Our website and forms may rely on service providers used to host the site, process form submissions, or operate community communication tools. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You may ask to update or remove information you previously submitted to LANA, or request to stop receiving LANA communications.
